In the more than 30 years of Community Development experience Yvonne has led and participated in a large number of unique projects.  One of the most rewarding aspects of her experience has been seeing Métis and First Nation business capacity grow and become competitive in their own right. Careful matching of capacity, interest and contract size are the pillars of success.  Yvonne has worked for Municipal Government, non-profit sector, the health care industry and has 20 years of direct experience with the oil sands industry. Her current role is Director of Community and Indigenous Affairs for Teck’s Energy Business Unit.
