Helen has held leadership positions in a broad range of organizations, including large scale and global energy companies SKY Solar Group, Duke Energy (Union Gas), Ontario Hydro, Centrica PLC (Direct Energy), Stantec Consulting and Lacuna Canada. Working with multinationals from the US, UK, Europe, India and China, she has been responsible for Strategic Planning, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Helen is on the Entegrus Board of Directors, and Chair of the Governance and Compensation Committee. She has been involved with the Canadian Standards Association for a number of years, as Chair of Technical Committees — Solar PV and Solar Thermal. She is a member of the Smart Grid Forum, and contributor to Ontario Energy Network Roundtable for Industry Leaders. She is Chair of the Centennial College Program Advisory Committee and a mentor with Rotman RED.

Helen has a Honours BA (Queen’s University), a Masters in Economics (University of Toronto) and an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management. In 2015, she completed the Directors Education Program, earning her ICD.D.
