Christine Foster, CSR Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services manages TCS philanthropic, social impact and employee engagement initiatives across Canada. Christine initiated and is leading the partnership with the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business to further explore how companies like TCS can support the co-development and sustainability of the STEM talent pipeline in indigenous communities.

Previously, Christine was Director of Project Management & Global Initiatives at Realized Worth; providing oversight for all Realized Worth’s engagement in global initiatives, such as IMPACT 2030 and for all project management of client files, implementing and managing global corporate volunteering programs. Prior to her time at Realized Worth, Christine accrued seven years of experience in the field of international affairs & development experience, including NGO work in Canada, Rwanda, Ghana and Israel. This also included time with the Canadian Federal Government in Ottawa and at the Canadian Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.

Christine holds a BA in Political Science and International Development and an MA in Public and International Affairs. She lives and works in Toronto, Ontario.
