Richard is an Industry Workforce Specialist with Alberta Labour.  He assists industry stakeholders to address their workforce needs.  He has worked closely with employers and associations in a variety of sectors including Energy, Renewables and Construction. He spent 3 years in the Non-Profit sector, educating employers of the benefits of employing a diverse workforce and assisting clients with barriers to secure employment, before joining the Government of Alberta in 2011.
