Megan Fisher has significant experience in Indigenous relations, human resources, recruitment, immigration, and international development. In her current role at Stantec Consulting (Stantec), Megan supports staff and leadership in accessing and implementing Stantec’s Indigenous Relations Practice throughout the organization  Her passion is employment strategy and creating an inclusive workplace, and her focus is creating space for meaningful opportunities for Indigenous Peoples to participate in Stantec’s work. She closely collaborates with Stantec’s Indigenous relations, inclusion and diversity, and sector leadership teams on developing Stantec’s Indigenous Employment strategy. She also facilitates community engagement activities and internal cultural awareness initiatives.
