As the Director of Training and Development at Stoney Tribal Administration, Kirsten creates and enhances training programs, researches labour market, and encourages personal development planning for employees. In addition to her role, she also identifies, writes proposals, and establishes funding opportunities for various projects in community. Kirsten is also the founder and current manager of the Stoney Nation Job Resource Center where she builds programming for community, leads a team of employees, and focuses on employer & industry relations. Kirsten is passionate about strengthening capacity on the Stoney Nation by building strong partnerships in and out of her community, with a focus on training development.
