The Business of Ethical Indigenous Engagement

Part of understanding Indigenous Culture means understanding and respecting that everything starts with relationships.  Learn how to approach and engage with Indigenous Communities.  What does ethical employment look like and how can your organisation build lasting relationships built on trust. New to this session will be a discussion around the value of deeper awareness and how the next generation can approach collaboration without fearing a loss of identity. As we all engage with the future workforce, we have an opportunity to take bold action, think outside the box, and encourage young people to succeed and achieve their dreams outside of bias and preconceived ideas.
