Robert Doane

Senior Director
CBC/Radio-Canada Indigenous

Meet Robert:

The CBC/Radio-Canada Indigenous Office’s new Sr Director Robert Doane is leading the development of the CBC/Radio-Canada’s first National Indigenous Strategy.

CBC/Radio-Canada is mapping out a new way forward with First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities across the country. It is part of the development of our first National Indigenous Strategy, which has been nearly two years in the making. 2021 was a year of reflection, 2022 & 2023 were years of engagement and re-engagement, and 2024 will be the year we make real change in how we work and build relationships with Indigenous Peoples.
