Kelly Aslanowicz

Kelly Aslanowicz is the Director of Business Development at CPHR BC & Yukon. She leads a team that provides support and inspiration to HR Professionals across the region through workplace resources, learning and events like the annual HR Conference and Expo in Vancouver. Kelly and her team are committed to featuring speakers, instructors and subject matter experts that embrace and exemplify diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a background in education, sales and communications, Kelly strives to make authentic connections and to also act as a connector for others. She is a member of employment advisory groups for CIRCA (Centre for Interdisciplinary Research and Collaboration in Autism), IEC-BC (Immigrant Employment Council of BC) and the Work Wellness Institute. She advocates for employment accessibility and workplace inclusion. Kelly is a sports fan, and is a volunteer board director for the Athletics 4 Kids (A4K) a charity that provides financial assistance to families so that kids can participate in organized sports. With gratitude and respect, Kelly resides with her family in North Vancouver on the ancestral and unceded territory of the səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam).
